A reputable construction contractor based in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee full-cycle project delivery on commercial construction projects valued between $5M and $50M. The successful candidate will manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance, ensuring client satisfaction at every phase. A Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field is preferred, along with at least 5 years of project management experience.
Competitive compensation including a base salary of $120K–$150K plus benefits is offered.
