Our client is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee ground‑up religious, K‑12/Education, and municipal construction projects, including schools, churches, and fire stations, with project values ranging from $2 M to $80 M in the Houston area.
This role is ideal for a construction professional with hands‑on experience managing institutional projects and delivering high‑quality results safely and on schedule.

Qualifications- Proven experience managing ground‑up construction projects in religious, K‑12/Education, or municipal sectors (fire stations preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate subcontractors, field teams, and stakeholders
- Proficiency with construction technology platforms such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools
- Demonstrated commitment to jobsite safety, quality control, and schedule adherence
- Lead day‑to‑day field operations for ground‑up religious, K‑12/Education, and municipal projects
- Manage subcontractors, field staff, and all on‑site construction activities
- Maintain project schedules and communicate progress and updates to the project management team
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and project specifications
- Review drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure field accuracy and constructability
