Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, based in Greater Dublin. The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will support project teams through cost control, preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost management, and project cost planning. Responsibilities also include preparing cost reports, assisting with budget preparation, and ensuring cost-effectiveness across all project stages.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Cost Control and Cost Management
- Experience in creating and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
- Knowledge of Cost Planning and Cost Reporting
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organisational and time-management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
- Familiarity with construction industry standards and regulations
