Project Coordinator

Westway is a Houston-based flooring company and we are expanding! Seeking a Project Coordinator who's ready to roll up their sleeves, learn the business from the ground up, and build a real career path toward an Assistant Project Manager position.

If you have 2-4 years in construction, a sharp eye for detail, and the kind of go-getter energy that doesn't wait to be told twice, keep reading.

• Assisting with proposals:
  Pulling together accurate, polished bids that win work
• Supporting material procurement:
  Sourcing, ordering, and tracking materials so jobs never stall
• Helping the Project Manager with takeoffs:
  Measuring and estimating scope on upcoming projects
• Keeping projects organized, on schedule, and communicated clearly across the team

• 2-3 years of basic construction knowledge (flooring experience a big plus)
• Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred
• A go-getter attitude:

• Detail-oriented:

• Strong communicator with the team, vendors, and clients
• A hands-on learner who's coachable and eager to grow
