What Your Impact Is As  a Principal Consultant, you'll help clients embed Safety throughout the full capital project lifecycle, from planning and design through construction, commissioning, start-up, and closeout. What You'llBring Required Bachelor 'sdegreeinsafety,occupationalhealthandsafety,engineering,construction management,orrelatedfieldorequivalentexperience.
6+ years (10+years preferred) ofcapitalprojectEHSexperience,including owner-sidesafetysupport,contractor oversight,construction execution,and commissioning/start-up.

Experience with Safetyin Design ,constructability reviews,PHA/PSM-informedriskreviews,andprojectEHSgovernanceprocesses.

StrongknowledgeofOSHAconstruction/generalindustrystandards,LOTO,permitting,emergency response,fire protection,andhigh-riskconstructioncontrols.

Experiencereviewingcontractorsafeworkdocumentation,includingJHAs,pre-taskplans,permits,liftplans,energyisolationplans,training records,andtoolboxtalks.

Strongfield presence,communication skills,andabilitytoinfluencecontractors,project teams,andclientEH&Spersonnel.

Proficiency with Microsoft Officeapplicationsandabilitytomanagemultiplepriorities ,travelasneeded,anddeliverhigh-qualityclientservice.

Driver'sLicense

Required:

Thispositionrequiresavaliddriver'slicenseand/ortheabilitytooperateacompanyvehicleduetothenatureofjobduties,whichincludefrequenttraveltovariousclientlocationsacrossalargegeographicalarea.

PreferredCHST,ASP,CSP,OSHA
30,confined space,fall protection/prevention,orequivalentcertifications/training preferred.

Complexcapitalprojectexperienceinpharmaceutical,high-tech,chemical,LNG,manufacturing,orsimilarsectorshighlydesired.

Key Responsibilities Serveastheowner 'sSafetyrepresentativeacrossthecapitalprojectlifecycle,providing oversight,verification,coaching,andescalationwhilecontractorsretainresponsibilityforexecutionandcontrolimplementation.
