Regional Executive - Residential & Disaster Construction

We are partnering with a fast growing disaster construction companies in the industry to identify a Regional Executive to help lead and scale the business.

This is a high-impact leadership role focused on business operations, residential reconstruction, growth, and relationship development. The ideal candidate will have experience leading construction or restoration operations and managing teams across multiple projects or markets.

• Lead regional business operations and residential reconstruction projects.

• Drive revenue growth, profitability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, homeowners, insurance partners, subcontractors, and key stakeholders.

• Lead, develop, and scale high-performing construction and operations teams.

• Identify opportunities for market expansion and business development.

• Partner with senior leadership on strategic growth initiatives.

• Travel to projects and other company locations as needed.

• Leadership experience in residential construction, restoration, reconstruction, or disaster recovery.

• Experience managing multiple projects, teams, or locations.

• Strong business and financial acumen, including P&L responsibility.

• Proven ability to build relationships and drive business growth.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Strong communication skills.

• Willingness to travel regularly.
