We're partnered with a General Contractor specialising in public and municipal buildings who is looking to bring on an Assistant Superintendent to support projects across Houston, TX.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to join a reputable contractor and gain hands-on experience working on public sector projects.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Superintendent with day-to-day site operations
- Assist in managing subcontractors and site teams
- Work with plans and specifications to ensure accurate project execution
- Help maintain project schedules, quality and safety standards
- Coordinate with project teams to support successful delivery
Essential:
Approximately 3 years of construction experience Experience working on public or municipal building projects Proficiency in reading and working from plans and specifications
