My client is looking for a Project Manager with tilt-wall experience.
The role:- Own project budget, schedule, and contract administration
- Manage subcontractor buyout, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and pay applications
- Partner with the superintendent and field team to keep projects on track
- Serve as the main point of contact for owners, architects, and developers
- [5]+ years as a PM or Assistant PM on tilt-wall or ground-up industrial projects
- Track record of delivering warehouse/DC projects on time and on budget
- Strong command of cost tracking and scheduling (Procore, [Primavera/MS Project], Bluebeam)
- Confident communicator with owners and subs
- [Bachelor's in Construction Management/Engineering preferred]
- [Base salary range] + [bonus/profit sharing]
