Aviation Focused Senior Project Manager

Moon Commercial Construction is growing, and were adding a Senior PM to help us take on more work across Texas. Were an aviation-focused general contractor. We build FBOs, PEMB hangars, and facilities designed to FAA and NFPA 409 standards. We also build Class A office build-outs, restaurants, and ground-up retail. Our projects range from about $500K to $35M.

What you will do:

Run your projects from preconstruction through closeout, working with our superintendents on schedule, subs and budget. Be the main point of contact for owners, architects and engineers Lead estimating on new work: review bid docs, walk sites, level sub pricing, and put together bids that win Buy out awarded work and manage the subcontracts and POs Own job cost, forecasts, pay apps and change orders Keep submittals, RFIs and revisions moving so the field is always building off current drawings.

What were looking for:

Ground-up commercial construction experience (required) A solid track record as a PM, with projects you can walk us through. Aviation experience is a strong plus. Procore experience is preferred. Willing to travel to job sites around the state
