Manpower Group is seeking a Civil Estimator to prepare cost estimates for underground utilities, pipelines, grading, and related construction activities. You will perform quantity takeoffs, analyze costs, and assemble bid packages to support business development and project delivery.
The role requires collaboration with Operations, PMs, and management to reflect market conditions and profitability. Travel is required, onsite in Houston, TX.
