Job Description

Talent Corps is seeking dependable and hardworking Construction General Labor to join our team in Houston, TX. This position supports skilled trades on active job sites and plays a key role in keeping projects running safely and efficiently. Ideal candidates are reliable, safety-conscious, and ready to work in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with site preparation and cleanup
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Assist in placing and maintaining signs, cones, barricades, and other traffic control equipment.
• Operating basic hand and power tools safely.
• Removing debris and maintaining a safe, organized work area.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and crew leaders
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Follow all company and OSHA safety guidelines
• Perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, carrying, digging, and standing for extended periods

Requirements

• Previous construction or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Must be punctual and dependable
• Bilingual /Preferred
• Must have OSHA
  10
• Must be able to pass Background Check and Drug Test.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday (7am to 3:30pm) - occasional Saturdays
