Ensure project completion within budget, schedule, and quality standards.
Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and preconstruction teams.
Manage subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project timelines.
Oversee on-site construction activities and ensure safety compliance.
Contribute to the company’s growth and success through effective leadership.
Work on commercial projects ranging from $5M to $10M.Support public and hard bid projects with a focus on quality.
Key Responsibilities & Duties Plan, schedule, and coordinate construction activities on-site.
Monitor project progress and address any issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and team members.
Review and interpret project plans and specifications.
Manage resources efficiently to optimize project outcomes.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards.
Prepare reports and documentation for project updates.
Job Requirements Bachelor of Science (BS) in construction management or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent with a General Contractor.
Preferred 10 years of experience in construction project management.
Proven track record in managing commercial projects ranging from $5M to $10M.Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively.
Ability to work on-site five days a week.
Knowledge of public and hard bid project processes.
Commitment to safety and quality standards in construction.
