LG Barcus & Sons Inc. is hiring hardworking, dependable Auger Cast Laborers to join our deep foundation construction crews.

We are looking for individuals with experience in auger cast pile installation who understand the demands of a construction jobsite, take safety seriously, and are willing to work as part of a team to get the job done right.

• Assist with auger cast pile installation and drilling operations.
• Work alongside drilling rig operators, foremen, and other crew members.
• Assist with grout pumping operations and reinforcement cage installation.
• Handle construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Help maintain proper jobsite setup, cleanup, and organization.
• Follow instructions from the foreman and project supervision.
• Maintain safe working practices around cranes, drilling rigs, grout pumps, and heavy equipment.
• Support daily production goals while maintaining quality and safety standards.

• Previous auger cast pile or deep foundation construction experience preferred.
• Familiarity with drilling operations, grout pumping, and reinforcement installation is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work.
• Ability to work safely around heavy construction equipment.
• Willingness to travel to project locations.
• Ability to work overtime as project schedules require.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
