Construction Manager/ Foreman, Procurement / Purchasing, Site Manager, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
$160000 - $180000 per year | Houston, TX | On-site | Permanent
Run the jobsite like a business: full P&L, contracts and team ownershipWe’re a construction company that builds the way manufacturers do: much of the work happens off-site in a controlled environment, then comes together in the field. That approach lets us deliver complex, inspected buildings faster and more predictably than a traditional general contractor. We’re growing, we invest heavily in technology, and we expect our people to think like owners. The culture is direct, accountable and focused on getting it right for the client.
Whyjoin us?
This is the seat where field leadership becomes business leadership. You’d own the jobsite number, not just the schedule: subcontracts, owner change orders and margin all run through you. You’d develop your own Field Engineers and have a clear, written path to Senior Field Project Manager. We also support licenses and certifications, and you’d be working with modern tools and an AI-forward team.
