- Support project estimating and quantity takeoff activities for commercial construction projects.
- Review plans, specifications, and project documentation to deliver accurate estimates.
- Work independently while maintaining clear communication with the estimating manager.
- Perform accurate quantity takeoffs using Plan Swift or similar estimating software.
- Extract, organize, and maintain project measurement data for estimating activities.
- Deliver completed takeoffs within established deadlines and quality standards.
- 5+ years of commercial construction estimating experience.
- Proficiency with Plan Swift and strong ability to read construction plans.
- Ability to work remotely with a reliable setup and strong communication skills.
- 100% remote work from anywhere in the Philippines.
