Proposal Writer​/Marketing Coordinator

An outstanding,
full-time opening has become available in the Houston, TX area for an individual with 2+ years’ experience as a Proposal Writer with a background in Engineering, Construction, or Environmental projects and Marketing. • 2+ years of experience as a Proposal Writer for Construction, Engineering or Environmental projects is a MUST
• Experienced with full lifecycle proposal development including: document management, compliance matrices, technical narratives, landing bids, RFP’s, template creation, etc. is a MUST
• Experience with Government Contracts, Bids, and Procedures is a MUST
• Strong technical writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, persuasive content is a MUST
• Advanced skill with Microsoft Office, Graphic Design software, and Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) is a MUST
• Prior Marketing or Business Development experience (including illustration or generation of marketing graphics, charts, diagrams, etc.) is a BIG PLUS
• Knowledge of engineering and construction terminology and practices is a BIG PLUS
• Bachelor’s Degree in English, Communication, Business, Marketing, Media & Journalism or equivalent experience is a MUST
