• Edit and assemble raw footage into a finished product that aligns with our brand and messaging
• Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop video concepts and storyboards
• Ensure all videos are of high quality and meet industry standards
• Add music, sound effects, and graphics to enhance the overall video production
• Continuously stay updated on industry trends and techniques to improve video quality
• Manage video projects from start to finish, including organizing footage, creating timelines, and meeting deadlines
• Work with a variety of video formats and adapt to different styles and tones as needed
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth production process
• Assist with video shoots as needed, including setting up equipment and operating cameras

• Bachelor's degree in film, video production, or a related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in video editing, preferably in a corporate or healthcare setting
• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro
• Strong understanding of video production techniques, including lighting, sound, and camera operation
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative on projects
• A portfolio or reel showcasing previous video editing work is required
