We are seeking a Jr. Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team in Houston, TX. This individual will play a key role in bringing our brands to life through visual storytelling. The ideal candidate is highly creative, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. You’ll design across multiple mediums — from packaging and point‑of‑sale materials to digital and social campaigns — ensuring brand consistency and visual excellence.

• Develop and design print and digital assets including packaging, sell sheets, social media content, presentations, and trade show materials.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to create impactful visual materials that support product launches and brand campaigns.
• Maintain brand standards across all creative outputs, ensuring design consistency across multiple product lines.
• Prepare files for print and coordinate with vendors to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Assist with product photography, photo editing and asset organization.
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance brand storytelling and customer engagement.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of design quality.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of professional design experience (CPG or food & beverage industry experience preferred).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); experience with After Effects or video editing is a plus.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and brand systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A portfolio demonstrating creative range and design expertise.
