Remote (Based in Houston, TX preferred) | Part-Time | Customer Service Department

About the Role

ADMFA AUDIO is looking for an organized, friendly, and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our growing support team. This part-time position is ideal for someone who thrives on helping customers, answering questions, and assisting with booking, rental, and event inquiries. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring that every call or message reflects our company’s commitment to professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails from customers regarding bookings, rentals, and event support.
  • Provide accurate information on products, services, and event availability.
  • Document all customer interactions in CRM tools or tracking sheets.
  • Follow up with clients to confirm appointments, rental schedules, or outstanding details.
  • Assist the operations and sales teams by relaying information and creating internal task updates.
  • Handle customer complaints or escalations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Meet daily or weekly communication goals while maintaining high service standards.
Skills & Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, call center, or administrative support.
  • Strong communication skills — both written and verbal.
  • Professional phone etiquette and the ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously.
  • Experience using tools like Google Workspace, CRM systems, or VoIP phone platforms.
  • Ability to stay organized, follow scripts, and handle repetitive tasks efficiently.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
Schedule & Compensation
  • Type: Part-Time (15–25 hours per week)
  • Schedule: Flexible shifts between 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM CST, Monday–Saturday.
  • Performance bonuses for meeting call handling, booking, or satisfaction targets.
