Ultimate Staffing has an urgent hiring need for Call Center Representatives in the Plymouth, MN area! We are looking for candidates who are sales-oriented and self-motivated, with experience making 100+ outbound calls daily. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply!

• Pay rate: $21-24/hr
• Schedule: 8:30am - 5pm Mon - Friday
• Location:
  Plymouth, MN - 100% in office

Job Duties/Description:

• Sets appointments via phone calls and other forms of communication
• Build strong customer relationships with just a few phone calls.
• Resolves customer concerns in a calm, professional manner.
• Completes lease forms and agreements

Requirements:

• At least one (1) year of sales and customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Friendly, courteous, service-oriented, professional, outgoing, and customer service oriented.
• Detail-oriented and work effectively under pressure while meeting all applicable deadlines.
• Must be able to work independently and productively with minimum supervision.
• Knowledge Word and Excel, Outlook.
