  7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. weekdays, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. weekends

As the Front Desk Customer Service Representative, you will be the welcoming face of Demi’s Dog House, greeting clients and their pets with warmth and enthusiasm as they arrive for daycare, boarding, or grooming. Your day will be fast‑paced and dynamic: you will check in and out dogs, manage phone calls, texts, and emails, and coordinate appointments and reservations with clients and veterinary offices;

you will process payments, maintain accurate client and pet records, and ensure all vaccine documentation is up to date. You will communicate constantly with staff over walkies, sharing updates about dogs’ activities and well‑being. Beyond the front desk, you will take part in the daily rhythm of the facility—helping with light cleaning, laundry, taking dogs out to potty, and leashing them up to go home.

You will also rotate some weekends and holidays as part of the schedule.

• 2+ years of front desk or administrative experience
• Ability to multitask and a sense of urgency
• Upbeat, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
• Willingness to take part in cleaning, organizing, and hands‑on tasks that support team operations
• Some college, an associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred (for occasional pet transport in emergencies)
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience in an animal‑related industry (daycare, boarding, veterinary, or shelter) is a plus
• Must have the ability to pass a background check
