Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who excels at building professional relationships, resolving client inquiries, and maintaining a high standard of service. As a Client Service Associate, you will be the frontline representative of Property Soar, ensuring each client feels valued and supported throughout their journey with us.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
  • Deliver timely, accurate, and professional responses via phone, email, and in person.
  • Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and documentation related to property services.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions using company CRM systems.
  • Provide administrative support for property transactions and client onboarding.
  • Monitor client feedback and contribute to continuous service improvement.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a customer service, real estate, or administrative support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
  • High attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
