Job Overview:

We are seeking dependable and adaptable Call Center Representatives to join our Houston, TX onsite team. In this role, you will manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls, ensuring exceptional customer service and communication. We're looking for candidates who can stay calm under pressure, multitask efficiently, and solve problems effectively. Bilingual skills and a legal background are a plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.

Provide clear, accurate information to clients and internal teams.

Actively listen to customer needs and concerns while offering empathetic support.

Resolve issues or escalate as needed, maintaining a positive customer experience.

Adapt to evolving processes and systems with ease.

Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.

Contribute to team goals and collaborate effectively with colleagues.

Qualifications:

Dependable, punctual, and quick to learn new procedures.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.

Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.

Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.

Experience in a high-volume call center environment preferred.
