Direct guests where to park in relation to events on the property as well as assist with credit card transactions or passes;
Act as liaison between the facility and clients, ensuring all clients requirements are met and facility rules, regulations and policies are adhered to;
Handle and be responsible for ticket/roll stock;
Effectively communicate with guests, clients, vendors, and other personnel via verbal and nonverbal forms of communication;
Handle credit card transactions accurately and quickly.
