The Seasonal Sales Support Associate provides front- and back-of-house operational and client service support in a luxury boutique. This temporary role runs from November through December 31.
Responsibilities- Greet and assist clients, answer questions, and support wrapping and packaging at point of sale.
- Assist the sales team with merchandise handling, stock retrieval, and stockroom preparation.
- Maintain the selling floor and ensure supplies are organized and replenished.
- Support client service, concierge, greeter, and after-sales activities, including repair logging and client follow-up.
- Answer phone calls promptly and provide courteous service.
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and Microsoft Office computer skills.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with composure.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance.
- Ability to work in person at the designated company location.
