Leasing Specialist

The LEASING SPECIALIST is the first person our prospective residents meet, so we are looking for outgoing individuals that can make a GREAT first impression! Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of leasing experience in the multi-family industry - preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish - preferred
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
• Experience with Yardi and Rent Cafe preferred
• Resident Utility Billing experience helpful
