Position: Performing Loan Consultant I (CW)
Description We are looking for a Performing Loan Consultant I (CW) to support loan servicing operations in Houston, Texas. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a call center environment, communicates clearly with customers, and handles loan-related requests with accuracy and professionalism. The role focuses on assisting borrowers, reviewing account information, and helping ensure timely resolution of servicing inquiries while maintaining compliance with established procedures.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to incoming borrower inquiries and provide accurate information related to performing loan accounts, payment activity, and servicing options.

- Review loan records and account details to address customer concerns, document interactions, and follow through on unresolved items.

- Process routine servicing requests with close attention to accuracy, deadlines, and internal quality standards.

- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve account issues and ensure a smooth customer experience across loan administration activities.

- Maintain complete and organized records of calls, updates, and actions taken within the appropriate systems.

- Explain loan terms, payment expectations, and account status clearly while delivering attentive customer support in a high-volume environment.

- Identify discrepancies or escalated concerns and route them appropriately for further review and resolution. Requirements - Experience supporting loan administration, loan servicing, or a related financial services function.

- Background in a call center or customer service setting with the ability to manage a steady volume of inquiries.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a detail-oriented and customer-focused approach.

- Ability to review account information carefully and complete tasks with a high level of accuracy.

- Comfortable using servicing platforms, business systems, and standard office software to document and manage work.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple requests in a deadline-driven environment.
