* We are seeking dependable, customer-focused candidates to join the Patient Support Call Center team. In this role, you will assist patients who rely on medical monitoring devices by providing support, answering questions, and helping address their needs to ensure a positive patient experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, patience, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while handling sensitive patient concerns professionally.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Assist patients who use medical monitoring devices by phone.

+ Answer incoming calls and provide patient support and guidance.

+ Address patient questions, document interactions, and escalate concerns when necessary.

+ Maintain accurate patient records and follow established procedures.

+ Communicate professionally and demonstrate empathy when assisting patients.

+ Work collaboratively with team members to ensure quality service and timely assistance.

** Schedule Requirements*

** On-site position:
** Candidates must be able to work at the designated facility.

** Flexible scheduling required:
** This is not a Monday-Friday position.

** Weekend availability:
** Candidates must be available to work at least one day during the weekend.

+ Candidates should have open availability and be flexible with assigned shifts and schedules.

+ Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

+ Comfortable working with computers and handling multiple tasks.

+ Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling.

+ Previous call center, customer service, or patient support experience is a plus.

** Pay Details:**  $15.00 per hour
