Our client is looking for a proactive Customer Service/Success Representative to join their team. They operate in the thriving e-commerce sector, delivering specialized bulk confectionery products and manufacturing supplies to commercial partners since 2008.
Responsibilities- Deliver dedicated customer support and account management to build strong relationships with clients.
- Perform timely customer follow-ups to resolve inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
- Process Shopify orders, handle returns, and issue refunds efficiently.
- Maintain and update client data, interactions, and records in Hub Spot CRM.
- Utilize communication tools, design software, and AI solutions to optimize client engagement.
- Proven background in customer service, success management, or account handling.
- Direct hands-on experience using Shopify to manage orders and refunds.
- Proficiency in managing customer relationships through Hub Spot CRM.
- Familiarity with business tools including Ring Central, MS Office (Outlook, Teams), Canva, and AI technologies.
- Strong proactive work ethic and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional written and spoken English skills for professional phone interaction.
- Ability to independently navigate order management systems and support workflows.
