Primary Purpose: Perform routine athletic duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Skills: Education/Certification:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Special Knowledge/Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work with people effectively.
Strong time management skills.
Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
Bilingual a plus.

Experience:

Previous experience preferred.

Major Duties and
Responsibilities: Athletics Support:

Interact with and provide assistance to district personnel.
Assist Administrative Assistant, Executive Director and other Department Directors with various office duties as assigned.
Perform assigned Athletic department functions such as, but not limited to, concessions, gate work, parking, score keeping, ticket selling and taking, graduation, athletic training, sports event needs, etc.

Other:

Participate in cross-training.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Equipment Used: Various office equipment depending on assignment.

Working Conditions: Mental Demands:

Maintain emotional control under stress.
Work with frequent interruptions.
This position requires regular in-person interaction with the public.

Physical Demands:

Repetitive hand motions.
Prolonged and irregular hours depending on the assignment.
Frequent sitting, standing, stooping, bending, pushing and pulling depending on the assignment.
