candidate requirements

• bla or higher from a us-based accredited collegiate landscape architecture program
• 6+ years of experience at a professional design firm.
• eligible to work in the united states, without sponsorship of h-1b visa

these requirements must be met to be considered for the position

responsibilities

• leading project design and documentation process(es) + project teams
• client relationship management
• management of project procurement and contracting
• assistance with and/or writing pre-project proposals for client review

skills

• experience with client relationship management
• proficient in autocad, sketchup, microsoft office, adobe creative suite
• preferred experience with landfx, plangrid, bluebeam, 3d modeling & rendering software, hand graphics
• construction observation assistance or direct experience preferred.
