- Lead all phases of interior design projects and ensure quality, accuracy, and alignment with budgets and schedules
- Serve as primary client liaison and manage coordination with consultants and vendors
- Collaborate with architectural and design teams to develop cohesive solutions
- Mentor junior designers and manage project workflow using project management tools
- Contribute to studio standards, QA/QC, and CAD/BIM support
- Bring forward new ideas through research on materials, products, and design trends
- Support business development efforts, marketing materials, and proposal development
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design from a CIDA-accredited program
- NCIDQ Certification required
- Minimum 10 years of professional interior design experience with demonstrated project leadership
- Extensive FF&E experience, including selection, specification, budgeting, and procurement coordination
- Proven ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and cultivate strong client relationships
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; familiarity with business and project management tools such as Excel and MS Project
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Track record of successfully managing project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Federal and State government market experience a plus
