• Lead all phases of interior design projects and ensure quality, accuracy, and alignment with budgets and schedules
• Serve as primary client liaison and manage coordination with consultants and vendors
• Collaborate with architectural and design teams to develop cohesive solutions
• Mentor junior designers and manage project workflow using project management tools
• Contribute to studio standards, QA/QC, and CAD/BIM support
• Bring forward new ideas through research on materials, products, and design trends
• Support business development efforts, marketing materials, and proposal development

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design from a CIDA-accredited program
• NCIDQ Certification required
• Minimum 10 years of professional interior design experience with demonstrated project leadership
• Extensive FF&E experience, including selection, specification, budgeting, and procurement coordination
• Proven ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and cultivate strong client relationships
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; familiarity with business and project management tools such as Excel and MS Project
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Track record of successfully managing project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
• Federal and State government market experience a plus
