A leading, award‑winning architecture and interior design firm is seeking a talented Interior Designer to join its Houston office.

This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with a creative, motivated team on innovative workplace, commercial, retail, and hospitality projects. You’ll help shape spaces that inspire, connect, and elevate the people who use them.

• Contribute to all phases of the design process, from concept through completion
• Develop innovative, functional design solutions aligned with project goals
• Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and consultants
• Prepare drawings, presentations, and documentation using design software
• Assist with material, finish, and furniture selections
• Support project delivery through construction documentation and site coordination

• Degree from a CIDA‑accredited Interior Design program or equivalent
• 6‑12+ years of experience in workplace, commercial, retail, hospitality, or similar project types
• Strong conceptual design, space planning, and detailing skills
• Proficiency in Revit; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills
