J&L Hardware is growing — and we’re looking for a design-savvy Showroom Consultant to join our Houston studio. If you love the business of design, thrive in a boutique studio setting, and are excited to work directly with architects, interior designers, and builders — this could be your next great role.

• Host and guide trade clients through personalized product selection appointments
• Build lasting relationships and support clients across multiple projects
• Manage proposals, orders, and follow-ups with a strong sense of ownership
• Stay up-to-date on vendor lines, product specs, and new offerings
• Maintain showroom standards — keeping displays current, samples organized, and the studio presentation-ready
• Support business development through networking, referrals, and client outreach

• Experience in a high-end showroom environment is required
• Interior design, kitchen & bath, or architectural hardware experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized and accountable — able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, small business setting
• Self-motivated and eager to grow within a close-knit, design-forward team
