We’re hiring a highly organized and proactive Account Executive (AE) to support Amariz Interiors and other companies within the Ama Rud Group—including Casa Amariz, ROWL United USA, and ROWL United Colombia.
In this dynamic role, you’ll manage the full execution of interior design projects from contract to completion, coordinate team activities and operations across divisions, and assist with improvement initiatives at our Houston-based facilities. If you have project management skills, love coordinating beautiful design installs, and thrive in multi-company environments, we want to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the point of contact from client onboarding to project close-out.
- Coordinate furniture procurement, deliveries, vendor quotes, and installs.
- Collaborate with designers on project execution and styling.
- Track timelines, contractor schedules, and installation logistics.
- Handle documentation and billing coordination with the accounting team.
- Assist with floor plans, renderings, or site photos as needed.
- Manage Houston office logistics: mail, supplies, check coordination, etc.
- Organize team activities for local employees in coordination with the Engagement Team.
- Support internal facility improvement projects at Casa Amariz and ROWL United USA.
- Conduct vendor research and coordinate contractors for facility upgrades.
- Collaborate with warehouse/inventory teams on project and storage needs.
- Provide cross-border admin support with ROWL United Colombia when required.
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Have 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, design operations, or architecture/interior design.
- Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused.
- Know how to manage multiple projects and communicate across teams.
- Can read or create floor plans or architectural renderings (preferred).
- Are a team player who loves helping beautiful things come to life!

Have experience working with international teams.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary Range: $59,000–$65,000/year (based on experience with project oversight and architectural drawing skills)
Bonus eligible based on project delivery and client satisfaction
