Position SummaryAs a Transwestern Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and delivering strategic, visually engaging designs that resonate with Transwestern’s clients and business stakeholders. This role requires critical thinking, resourcefulness, business acumen, and the ability to sell ideas. You will collaborate with creative team members, vendors, cross‑functional partners, and internal/external clients to provide world‑class design solutions across various platforms and audiences.
EssentialJob Duties
- Supports commercial real‑estate marketing efforts through strategic conceptualization and visually engaging design
- Focuses on design strategy and how materials support Transwestern’s business efforts
- Balances brand guidelines with custom one‑off solutions meeting client requirements
- Researches, identifies, and interfaces with external vendors
- Distills information from clients and translates findings into creative outputs
- Produces materials end‑to‑end with minimal supervision
- Multitasks across multiple project requests within deadlines
- Maintains a digitally focused mindset and activates emerging tools and technologies
- Presents creative ideas effectively and leads brainstorming sessions
- Performs quality assurance, reviewing and proofreading for errors
- Mentors junior designers, sharing best practices and design knowledge
- Stays connected to emerging tools, technologies, design trends, and strategies
- Works on additional special marketing projects
- Other duties may be assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Communication Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in commercial real‑estate, architecture, corporate marketing, or B2B industries
- Experience with business development
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Advanced knowledge of graphic design principles
- Proficient in project management, editing, and content development
- Knowledge of HTML and JavaScript preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to provide efficient, timely, and reliable time frames to internal clients
- Ability to effectively present information
