Project Manager, Licensed Architect

Base pay range

$120,000 – $140,000 per year

Senior Project Manager – Architecture (Hospital & Clinical Design) – Houston, TX

Well‑known architecture firm seeks a licensed architect with healthcare project experience to lead teams.

• Lead teams and project architects in strategizing work plans and devising solutions for technical and design‑related challenges.
• Work closely with the PIC/PM to outline project schedules and manage production timelines, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Craft and refine intricate implementation documents to align with design objectives.
• Direct assessment of building codes and ensure compliance with zoning regulations for the project segment.
• Oversee preparation of documents by the architectural team, verifying adherence to QA/QC standards, protocols, industry best practices, and quality benchmarks.

• Accredited professional degree in Architecture.
• Architectural Registration/license.
• Minimum 15 years of experience (preferred).
• Accreditation in Sustainable Design (preferred).
• Proficiency in architectural software:
  Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and 3D modeling tools.
