Restaurant Interior Designer

Pappas Restaurants is seeking a skilled, detail-oriented Restaurant Interior Designer to join our Design Group at our Main Office in Northwest Houston. In this role, you’ll help shape the look and feel of our restaurants and support locations, maintaining and elevating our interior design standards across the brand. This opportunity is ideal for someone with a passion for hospitality design and an eye for sophisticated, guest-focused environments.

• Provide interior design services for existing restaurants.
• Generate construction documents for facility upgrades.
• Manage and maintain brand design standards.
• Coordinate design and construction process with various internal departments.

• Positive and professional attitude.
• 7+ years of interior design experience.
• Knowledge of restaurant or hospitality design.
• Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to evolve designs while maintaining brand recognition and standards.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication.
• Detail oriented.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Proficient in various software packages (AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Products).
• Ability to travel in and out of state.
• A valid Texas driver’s license and clean driving record.
