Our client, a growing Houston-based architectural firm is seeking a design-focused, licensed architect to join their team. Our client is looking for a motivated professional who is passionate about architecture and eager to engage in all phases of design and technical development across a variety of project types, including commercial, municipal, and religious facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop ground-up building designs through all project phases, from concept to construction documentation
- Prepare high-quality design presentation materials
- Conduct research on building products, materials, and systems
- Participate in client meetings and provide support during construction administration
- Licensed architect with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience; project management experience preferred
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch Up, and Microsoft Office
- Solid understanding of construction materials, methods, and detailing
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication and interpersonal skills
