Family Medicine Physician

Our confidential client is a reputable and rapidly growing primary care organization located in Katy, Texas. We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Family Medicine Physician to join the practice and contribute to its ongoing commitment to clinical excellence and operational advancement.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive outpatient family medicine services to patients aged 6 and above (pediatric care optional based on provider comfort level)
  • Deliver preventive health screenings, chronic disease management, and acute care interventions
  • Perform minor in‑office clinical procedures commensurate with training and expertise
  • Order, interpret, and apply laboratory and diagnostic imaging results to individualized treatment plans
  • Document clinical encounters accurately and efficiently using eClinical

    Works (eCW) or a comparable EMR system
  • Establish and maintain strong physician–patient relationships to support long‑term health outcomes
  • Participate in clinical performance improvement initiatives and adhere to all regulatory compliance standards
Practice Structure & Support
  • Assigned Medical Assistant and nursing support dedicated to provider efficiency
  • Administrative teams that manage scheduling, prior authorizations, and referral coordination
  • Standardized care pathways informed by current clinical guidelines
  • A collaborative, team‑oriented environment fostering shared clinical decision‑making
Qualifications
  • MD or DO with successful completion of an ACGME‑accredited Family Medicine residency program
  • Board Certified in Family Medicine (required)
  • Current and unrestricted Texas Medical License, or eligibility to obtain
  • Active DEA registration
  • Minimum of 2 years of post‑residency outpatient experience preferred
  • (Exceptional recent graduates will be considered individually)
  • Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required — language support services available
