This practice is designed for balance and focus. You’ll serve men aged 25–50, addressing real needs like vasectomies, circumcisions, low testosterone, and sexual dysfunction. No prostates, no kidneys, no endless hospital consults. With 90% of procedures performed in-office and a patient base that’s primarily private healthcare (no Medicare), your days will be efficient, rewarding, and predictable.
The Role & Rewards:
- Mid-levels cover 80–90% of Evaluation & Management visits, so you focus on procedures
- Competitive $400,000 base salary with annual increases
