$230K Base + Bonus 4-Day Work Week Low Call Strong Benefits

We are actively seeking experienced Primary Care Physicians to join a dynamic and innovative team serving communities across the greater Houston area. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 1, preferably 2 years of experience. What You Can Expect:

• Flexible 4-Day Work Week - Enjoy work-life balance with no Saturday shifts. Most clinics operate M - F 8AM - 5PM, with some flexibility for extended hours (7AM - 7PM).

• Manageable Patient Load - Clinics typically see 18 - 23 patients/day. Memorial Village is the only location that averages 22+ daily.

• Light Call Rotation
  - 1 weekend every 3 months
  1 weekday/month
  1 holiday/year
  (Telephonic only, triaged prior to provider involvement. Associates in Medicine handle their own call and may be more frequent.)

• Team Structure - Physicians supervise 1 dedicated APP. Compensation & Benefits:

  • $230,000 Base Salary + Sign-On Bonus

  • Value-Based Bonus Opportunity - Earn up to 20% of your annual productivity
