The company has been in operation for 25 years and employs approximately 500 people. The company sees over 200 new patients each month, supported by a referral network of about 150 physicians. In this role, you would serve as the sole physician at your clinic, offering a high level of autonomy with access to support from both the corporate team and peer physicians as needed.
All administrative functions—including billing, HR, lab services, etc.—are managed centrally to allow physicians to focus on patient care. The group takes an agnostic, evidence-based approach to treating acute-on-chronic pain, with providers expected to prescribe low-dose opioids when clinically appropriate.

100% onsite – SE Houston (Mon–Thurs, 8AM–6PM);
Fridays off (notes or CME if needed)
Qualifications
- MD or DO with completion of an ACGME-accredited fellowship in Interventional Pain Medicine – required.
- Unrestricted Texas medical license – preferred
- Background in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
- DEA license and TX payer/Medicare credentialing – preferred
- Experience in multimodal and interventional pain management – preferred
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with acute and chronic pain conditions
- Perform procedures such as nerve blocks, RFA, spinal cord stimulation, and lumbar decompression
- Create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Collaborate with mid-level providers across multiple outpatient locations
- Interpret diagnostic tests and coordinate referrals as needed
- Ensure thorough documentation in the EMR and compliance with clinical protocols
- Participate in team meetings, quality reviews, and improvement initiatives
