• Scheduled to work on an “as needed” basis
• Attend New Provider Orientation
• Follow all KSC policies and procedures
• Adhere to the Scope of Practice for the Pediatric department to include physicals
• Timestamp in/out when working at the Clinics
• Coordinate all template schedules with the respective Clinic Administrator
• Maintain EPIC in Baset messages (follow up of all labs using CITRIX as needed)
• Contact Department Chief regarding follow‑up of unresulted and unaddressed stat labs
• Sign out to designated Specialty On‑Call physician, as necessary
• Close all encounters on the day of service
• Ability to work from 8 a‑5 p Monday‑Friday or 9 a‑2 p on Saturdays

• Medical Degree (MD, DO)
• Licensed or willing to be licensed in the State of Texas.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible with the American Board of Family Medicine
• DEA, DPS
