CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- ACLS
- BLS
- Board Certified
- DEA
- * Will accept Board Eligible within 5 years but 3 years or more must have a detailed explanation as to why the provider is are not boarded yet. EM BE, will need ATLS, ACLS & PALS
