Hours Monday–Friday 7:30a–5:00p; clinic with small patient panels and leadership of PCPs and NPs. Requirements include Board Certification in FM, IM, or Geriatrics; MD or DO; 1 year geriatric or family practice; strong leadership;
Spanish preferred.
