Physician Assistant (PA) – Spine Surgery

Location: The Woodlands, Texas

An established Spine Surgeon in The Woodlands, Texas, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant to join the practice. This role offers a balanced mix of autonomous clinical care, advanced spine patient management, and high-level surgical involvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Surgical & Clinical Care: Provide key assistance in spine surgery cases alongside the attending surgeon, in addition to managing independent clinic and office responsibilities.
• Patient Management: Conduct inpatient rounds and maintain strong, trust-based provider/patient relationships with spine patients.
• Autonomous Practice: Feel comfortable seeing spine patients independently and performing assessment and plans.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary:$130,000 to $160,000, commensurate with your depth of orthopedic and surgical experience.

Requirements & Onboarding Timeline

• Texas PA License is required.
