Position SummaryPresent career opportunities, the school, campus, and its programs to prospective students. Work primarily with high school graduates and travel extensively to high schools, career fairs, and prospective students’ homes to review programs and career opportunities with families.
Role Responsibilities- Utilize a proprietary consultative communication methodology when working with prospective, future, and current students.
- Collaborate with other departments to create a positive work environment that prioritizes student needs.
- Travel to high schools, career fairs, and prospective students’ homes to review programs with families.
- Consult with prospective students about benefits of trade education.
- Accurately and compliantly communicate campus features and program information to prospective students.
- Participate in follow‑up activities with enrolled students to monitor progress.
- Forecast new student numbers to help the school manage classroom occupancy.
- Enter all activity into the database management system accurately and timely.
- Attend semi‑annual graduation ceremonies to celebrate student achievements.
Approximately 60–90% of the time will be spent traveling to high schools, career fairs, and students’ homes.
