Part-Time Faculty - Mental Health and Addiction Studies (North)

Teaching mental health and addiction related course work.

Applications for part-time faculty positions are accepted on a continuous basis and reviewed if openings become available. These positions are not current vacancies. Instructors employed as part-time faculty are not entitled to all the rights, privileges, and benefits of regular, full-time employees. Part-time faculty are hired on an "as needed" basis and will work for the duration of time specified by the respective course.

A portion of teaching assignment may be evening classes and possibly weekend classes. Faculty are assigned to teach courses using various delivery methods based on the teaching area and the needs of students and the College, which may require a physical presence at the assigned on-site work location.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or above with at least eighteen (18) graduate semester hours in Psychology or Higher Education required.
• Applicant must have the equivalent of at least three years of full-time work experience with clients managing substance use disorders and mental health in a treatment facility.

Salary Grade: AH
