We are looking for a flexible Substitute Teacher to support multiple mixed‑age Montessori classrooms. No formal Montessori training is required; we provide training during orientation and onboarding.

This is an on‑call position. We will reach out to you as needed to provide coverage when full‑time teachers are out sick or on vacation.

The Substitute Teacher role is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door at Guidepost Montessori. Many of our substitutes ultimately transition into full‑time Assistant Teachers with us when new openings become available. Provide classroom support for mixed‑age Montessori settings on an on‑call basis.

• Negative TB test within last 12 months
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Valid state background check
• Warm and friendly demeanor
• Preferred: ECE units or recent teaching experience with children 0-6
